01Do resellers buy the physical item first?
No. A reseller gets the listing photo pack and markets the item first. The supplier keeps the physical stock until a sale is made and fulfilment begins.
02Can several resellers market the same product?
Yes, if the supplier chooses shared distribution. Each reseller receives a unique photo set, and ReList keeps active sellers informed when available stock changes.
03How do ReList credits work?
Digital photo packs are paid for with non-expiring ReList credits. One credit represents €0.01 of eligible photo-pack value. Credits are added through the iPhone app and the same balance is available on the web.
04Can I use the same account on iPhone and the web?
Yes. Your profile, credit wallet, approved marketplace, orders, conversations and notifications use the same secure ReList account and production database.
05What does the supplier control?
The supplier controls availability, photo-pack format and price, reseller terms, the minimum permitted sale price and the suggested listing range.
06When are supplier funds released?
The supplier marks the parcel shipped, but physical-order funds stay pending until the reseller confirms delivery and completion.
